IMPORTANT: By signing below you certify that you are the legal registered owner of the above listed vehicle. You understand that this is a private sale between the buyer and yourself. You are not an employee, agent or in any way associated with Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton, LLC or any other Billingsley company. Any warranties expressed by you, written, implied or otherwise are strictly your own. The space is being provided to you at no charge for the sole purpose of displaying your vehicle for sale for the day of April 24, 2010 only.

 

Furthermore, you understand and agree that at a minimum you must provide any buyer with a Bill of Sale, Odometer Statement, Warranty Statement and Notice to Buyer of Private Sale. (These forms will be provided to you at no charge upon request)

 

You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
