We are looking to add full-time Sales Associates to our team here at Billingsley Hyundai.

• Sales hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm, Closed on Sunday
• Sales Associates work on a 5 day work week (rotating day off)
• Pay is based on sales (commission) with a guarantee of $3,000/mo (plus spiffs from the manufacturer)

Experience is preferred.

Job Desciption ​includes, but is not limited to: Responsibility for Day to Day operations of our Service Sales Drive, Greet Customers and Initiate Repair Order, Status Updates & Estimates, Contact Customer when Vehicle is Ready, Review Work Performed & Future Maintenance, Follow Up Email or Call, Manage Customer Relations, Manage CSI, Manage Certifications.

As a Service Representative you will be responsible for working with a team in our fast-paced service department. This position requires a high energy level and an emphasis on quality work. You will be the first and last impression our customer has of Billingsley so a strong sense of customer focus is required. This position is a fulltime opportunity with some overtime and weekend scheduling required. Hours are Monday -Friday with a rotating schedule between 7:00am and 5:30pm. Some Saturdays will be required as well.

Responsibilities:

• Organize shop in the morning for the day ahead.
• Organize parking lot
• Prepare vehicles on service drive for delivery to customer.
• Collect and deliver daily supplies.
• Deliver vehicles to vendors and customers.
• Assist service and parts personnel with daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Active driver's license with clean record.
• Automotive experience helpful.

• Knowledge of Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory management systems a requirment
• Automotive parts, equipment or systems knowledge
• ASE certification preferred or OEM Certifications are a plus
• --Minimum of 2+ years in the parts industry preferred

Responsibilities:

--Accurately Identify Parts Required for Quality Repairs and Procure those parts Quickly

--Assist customers with parts needs

--Respond quickly to the needs of technicians

--Handle shipping and receiving inventory

--Provide Service Advisors with pricing options of needed parts

--Manage and track all special order parts

--Assist in online requests and sales

--Professional follow-up with current and future customers

--Manage, organize, and track all customer interactions in our system

--Achievement of critical sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
